      Some passionate and knowledgeable colleagues. Opportunities to work on interesting environmental projects

      Micromanagement is prevalent, leading to a lack of autonomy and trust. A toxic work culture is tolerated and sometimes enabled by senior leaders. HR lacks professionalism and accountability; employee concerns are often ignored or mishandled.

      Micromanagement, Lack of DEI, Lack of direction from senior leadership; Money is being hemorrhaged on an integration that senior leadership can't even get behind - which has led to not landing work and layoffs, HR not even considered in decision making
