      A new role with minimal training or preparation

      Pros

      The ability to work from home at times.

      Cons

      No sense of corporate culture, so the regional offices feel very disconnected from head office. There was also no transparency in regards to the direction of the company or its mission/vision/values. The role was new, and while there was training, there was no established guidelines for how to perform the role.
