Worst Management, Treat Employees like they own them.

Hardly any pros I remember.
Cons
1. The Management treat employees like they own them. One person in the management is rude & soul less person. They only see their company's profit and not employees' wellbeing or happiness. They will butter their employees by taking them for lunch/dinner during festivals or uttering honey coated words to them but at the core they only see their benefits. 2. Some of the Employees are boot licking obnoxious people. These unpleasant individuals always want to stay in the management's good book. They don't speak up or make any suggestions, as it will catch management's attention & they may dislike them. 3. Salary perks are below market standards. 4. NO work life balance. Forget about casual leaves, they do not provide leave on medical grounds. They utter some bizarre things to justify their stand which are disgusting and matter of shame.
