Some good colleagues, big clients and a fun office atmosphere. Really well known for tax laws - advisory and litigation.
Cons
Toxic work environment with no appreciation for your work, no mentoring for young lawyers, too much pressure of unrealistic deadlines. Performance reviews generally turn into a bashing session with your partner instead of a productive discussion for a mutually beneficial association. Salaries were low, promotions withheld unreasonably to deserving candidates, no transparency in increments and promotions.
