      Pros

      - Appears to have developed quality products and software - Appears there is an opportunity to travel for conferences/trade shows

      Cons

      - Asked inappropriate questions in interview that I felt obligated to answer (amount of student loans, where my family lives, etc.) - Interview with CEO Matt Liao felt more like I was being grilled rather than anything else - Rescinded a SIGNED offer letter 6 days before start date and a month and a half after it was signed - Only apologized about the "timing" of their decision

      *None *Stay away before you can.

      Cons

      * Matt Liao's CEO is so disrespectful and condescending to his employee daily, and the manager is a super micro-management style. *Pay is so low, treat you like free labor, and once Matt thinks you are useless, he will find an excuse to let you go. *Doesn't care about employees and drama that happens there every day. *They expect you to work more than you are supposed to, and if you don't work 2-3 hours at night, the management thinks you are not proactive and lack "leadership."
