      Pros

      Friendly people who are easy going and respectful of life-work balance most of the time. Flexible work environment.

      Cons

      Career growth is limited unless you are one of the favorites hence fairly high turnover. Management and direction of company seems to be lacking. Company has grown too quickly and still has small consulting company mentality.

      Offers very flexible scheduling. Certain managers are very approachable and relatable. Good amount of field work and good variation in field work. Performance reviews and salary changes are fair.

      At times very disorganized. Project planning can be very poor.

      Love the friendly and supportive coworkers.

      Very low salary.. Will take advantage if they could. They don’t take into account one’s load of work with the salary they give.
