Small, supportive team. Friendly environment. Many opportunities to take on projects.
Cons
Salaries do not reflect workload or merit. Employees are not fairly compensated for their work. HR is a team of one within the organization, which makes it nearly impossible to give constructive feedback.

There is a great, supportive work environment at edvestors. Everyone is very knowledgable and collaborative. The office is also conveniently located in Copley
Cons
There are not really cons to working at edvestors. The organization is definitely very small, but that also provides opportunities to work on multiple projects
