Pros

-Your coworkers (of the same position) will always be there to answer your questions since this company doesn’t have any training once you start. -You will have a wide range of experience

Cons

-Sadly some 5-star ratings here are from the management ever since they saw this site -A series of unnecessary approvers (3-5 persons) that have different tastes in terms of creativity (expect a lot of revisions) -Requestors will privately message you when there’s an urgent request instead of talking to your manager for an additional request -Remote work suddenly turned into 1-Day RTO -Multiple-hatting, you will do this and that nonstop, and if ever you don’t know how to, you will have to rely to your also-busy coworkers/youtube for tutorials -Offers flexible time but for marketing, they have an expected number of outputs before EOB so you really can’t be flexible in terms of time since you need to finish everything in the list -Because the number of requests are too many for the number of people in the team, if you finish early you’ll sometimes have to do additional work for their effieciency purposes -No christmas bonuses or yearly bonuses (only 13th month pay) -Stagnant work position even if you have a high KPI result

Pros

Everyone is now required to return to the office, despite the limited salary. Multiple times per week is the minimum requirement.

Cons

People from managerial roles ingratiating themselves with the boss and the head of the Product team due to their personal friendships, often at the expense of professionalism and accountability. The Product Manager displays a lack of leadership knowledge, frequently shifting responsibilities and blame onto others. Their coaching skills are subpar, and there's a noticeable lack of awareness regarding proper processes.

Pros

- You learn a lot of things, across the board, multi-hatting. - Good colleagues. - RTO announcement still has some exceptions for important reasons, like caring for new born.

Cons

- 3x RTO by January. - 5x RTO by April. - On expos you have to do manual labor not included in your position like painting boards, sometimes also not given enough budget when their expecting a great setup in the expo. - Lots of people leaving and some tasks are being passed to the employees left behind, not hiring replacements. - Some unrealistic targets being set.
