      Pros

      Transparent and encouraging leaders, open communication throughout "different levels" of the team. Engineering company so they're always innovating! Meetings kept to a minimum to make sure everyone is being effective.

      Pros

      All employees are friendly and willing to help out. The work-culture vibe is chill. Semi-quarterly bonuses, 3-4 times a year.

      Cons

      Extra work you do may be overlooked by management - or at least feels that way. Healthcare costs are high, but I think that's true everywhere.
