Decent salary, benefits mediocre and a fews good colleagues.

Cons

Lack of integrity in leadership. In fact lack of leadership, just a bunch of bosses! There was no vision for the company or if it existed it was never shared. It took over 2 years to HR policies in place and then they were not necessarily followed. Managers were not responsive to emails or chats in a timely manner. Employee reviews were recycled and the same key components said to almost all employees- few of them positive. In general a horrible company!

Everything. Company is racist, sexist, and the nepotism is out of control. Top level leadership allows senior directors to get away with the most unethical practices. If you want to risk your clinical career- then come work for these people who misspend client money for other internal projects for the owner. Promise clients items this company is not equipped to deliver. They lie to everyone about everything to get what they want. Beware.

The mission is meaningful and something you actually want to support.

Cons

It shouldn't have been this hard to just understand what was expected. Way too much time went into trying to figure things out instead of actually doing the work. Instructions weren't always clear, and that led to rework that honestly felt avoidable. It got exhausting having to second-guess everything. After a while, it just felt like the system itself was working against you.
