      A lot of figure it out yourself and pay is bad even if your a top performer its mediocre

      Leadership Growth Lots of Sales Volume Friendly enviroment

      Cons

      Pay is terrible ( unlivable ) You pay for alot of other peoples mistakes , and never compensated Commissions dont kick in until 3 weeks after installation date of sale , lucky if they dont cancell too. One Bad week can do alot of damage to yourself at the company

      It’s a pyramid scheme. Door to door sales. Very disorganized management team with poor leadership and a manipulative business model. Do not even waste your time .
