Leadership Growth Lots of Sales Volume Friendly enviroment

Cons

Pay is terrible ( unlivable ) You pay for alot of other peoples mistakes , and never compensated Commissions dont kick in until 3 weeks after installation date of sale , lucky if they dont cancell too. One Bad week can do alot of damage to yourself at the company

Pros

- A lot of networking platforms to get others perspectives and to learn from - Getting out of comfort zone to move into a better version of yourself - Supportive environment and superb coaching

Cons

Not that many really just, - adapting to the super fast paced environment - this type of change might not be welcomed by everybody
