Edgytal is known for its processes and its professionalism, which is one of the core foundations on which our organization is built. That necessitates discipline at the workplace - hence the shift timings. As far as leaves go, all employees get 21 paid leaves and weekends off. We have a track record of never having rejected a leave request, and we intend to keep it that way.       Pros

      If you are active, creative and have a keen interest in Digital Marketing, then Edgytal is the place to be. It is an amazing experience working here as I get the freedom to express my views on various topics of discussions and they are always encouraged. The managers are are friendly yet disciplined and we all work as a team to put out quality work and meet the deadlines. The work-fun balance is maintained in a way that I can never feel bored at work. The managers are always there to help and support all the employees. The best part is that there is 'NO PARTIALITY'. I have started my career with Edgytal and I get to learn and experience so much that not many employees of other companies do. Edgytal is like home away from home.

      Cons

      Since, it is a start up, there are not many employees and sometimes you get overloaded with work. The working hours are strict which sometimes becomes a problem.
