      Pros

      If you are active, creative and have a keen interest in Digital Marketing, then Edgytal is the place to be. It is an amazing experience working here as I get the freedom to express my views on various topics of discussions and they are always encouraged. The managers are are friendly yet disciplined and we all work as a team to put out quality work and meet the deadlines. The work-fun balance is maintained in a way that I can never feel bored at work. The managers are always there to help and support all the employees. The best part is that there is 'NO PARTIALITY'. I have started my career with Edgytal and I get to learn and experience so much that not many employees of other companies do. Edgytal is like home away from home.

      Cons

      Since, it is a start up, there are not many employees and sometimes you get overloaded with work. The working hours are strict which sometimes becomes a problem.

      Lower level employees may change frequently (reflection of the digital marketing industry and not necessarily a firm specific trait)

Edgytal is known for its processes and its professionalism, which is one of the core foundations on which our organization is built. That necessitates discipline at the workplace - hence the shift timings. As far as leaves go, all employees get 21 paid leaves and weekends off. We have a track record of never having rejected a leave request, and we intend to keep it that way.
