Depends on the team but for the fashion side - management is terrible and there’s little to no proper training, yet expectations are extremely high. If you can’t meet their standards, they set you up to fail and let you go without any remorse. The place is very unorganized and has a high turnover rate. Because it’s a small team, there’s a lot of favoritism, especially toward older staff and upper management. HR doesn’t do much to help employees who are treated poorly even after many complaints. For the sake of your mental health, I would not recommend working here. do not believe any of the positive 5 star reviews, they are fake
