Pros

You can wear earplugs as long as you keep only one in, they provide lunch, and the job itself isn't hard when staff is at least 4 housekeepers a shift. The head nurses and social worker are very nice. The kitchen and laundry staff are good to work with and we help each other out.

Cons

You may be accused of stealing, the insurance is terribly unless your pay for platinum, the current supervisor with find every reason to give you a point and is terribly at restocking, there's a lot of drama, and you will likely need to catch up on other departments work without training when they're very short staffed, and lastly, if any coworker is neglecting their work, then it will impact you greatly. If you work here, then be ready to work your butt off and probably still hear a complaint for extra detailing that you can only do when you're fully staffed and trying to keep up with the laziness of the other departments who will for sure look down on you.

Pros

Free lunches, it’s fun to interact with residents.

Cons

Wage is low and management will essentially laugh at you if you tell them you need a raise to pay for your basic needs.

Pros

Great residents, majority of in-house staff is wonderful and hard working.

Cons

The owners of HCF are money hungry. I know every business needs to make money to survive, but they should consider working on developing some level of compassion when their negligent leadership is putting lives at risk.
