Very poor at supporting staff who work in difficult conditions, not interested in dealing with problems. Many staff in management or senior management positions who have not done the jobs they manage and have a very poor awareness of issues. Few policies in place to protect staff, such as lone working and boundaries policies. Senior management not interested in serious issues raised about volunteers, staff and clients. The organisation seems to do a very good job of saying how good they are but this boils down to a few excellent members of staff in good teams not necessarily suppported by management or senior management. I observed clear and serious breaches of health and safety law, which despite being raised by several staff to several senior managers were not dealt with and are now even worse.
