This could be an interesting group to work with, and has an interesting vision.
Cons
CEO and lack of work life balance. CEO is openly hostile to employees and brags about being rude.

Pros
There is a huge runway for personal and career growth, given how much Ediom is trying to accomplish with a lean team. You can wear multiple hats and learn different roles at a tech startup. Ediom is also uniquely positioned to bring technology and healthcare data together, a solid competitive advantage.
Cons
With a young company, there is less structure and guidance. You'll have to figure things out - Google becomes your best friend. While the team is supportive with the resources that it has, there won't always be someone who's done it before.
