Pros

1. Good place to meet a lot a people and make friends, because every month people will be leaving and joining. The attrition rate is similar to that of a public toilet i.e. rapid entry and exit of people. 2. You will get trained in making faces, being an evil backbiter etc. like TV serial villains, by senior associates. Your acting skills will improve if you emulate behavior of managing partners when they lie. Overall you will get a feel of working in a Bollywood production house rather than a law firm. This may result in use of intoxicants to relieve yourself of the misery. 3. The office will make you feel at home, because it's set up in a residential building in a residential area. Even neighbors will advise you to find another job and pack up soon. 4. You will progress at handling uncertainty in life, because you won't get your salary on time. Hikes will be promised but will never materialize. You will be expected to work late nights, on holidays and on weekends regularly. 5. You will acquire life skills like anxiety, guilt and depression. Your family will start discussing your temper issues and lack of interest in life with neighbor aunties and uncles. 6. You will start valuing little things in life, for example a good coffee, mental peace, privacy aka personal space, meaningful relationships and interactions, as you will discover that none of it exists in this firm.

Cons

1. The management, instead of drawing a line between personal life and professional life, encourages mixing up of both. This leads to harassment of junior level employees at the hands of seniors. 2. You will be judged for your food and drinking habits, culture, caste, region, language, ethnicity, class, clothes and appearance.. Hence, can survive and get promoted with mediocre work, boot licking and show off, rather than skills and performance. 3. No office laptops are provided. Have to use your personal laptops for performing official work. Data and security issues are thrown out of the window. 4. No clear and transparent policy on leaves and work from home facility. Workplace rules and policies are framed randomly and applied selectively based on whims and fancies of the management (aka founding partners). No salary slips will be issued, TDS deduction receipts will not be provided on time. 5. Doesn't have a full time HR executive. Every soul acts as HR. Calling itself a law firm, it surprisingly lacks proper maintenance of records and documents. 6. Painfully long discussions and meetings over trivial issues. Lunch breaks are used to discuss ongoing offers and discounts available on various food delivery apps, rather than having lunch. Office is perennially out of supplies and it takes forever to refill.

Pros

You can say you are employed.

Cons

-Employees use their own laptops, client data is at high risk in this IP firm. -Very high attrition rate, the office team changes every few months. -Low salary. -Hike is promised at the time of joining, you are left clueless when the period ends. -When hike takes place after a long delay, it's very low than expected. -Zero professionalism, reimbursement amount keeps increasing and there is no refund given on time. -Be ready to serve tea-coffee to your colleagues everyday. (Rule doesn't apply on seniors). -Very negative atmosphere, very disrespectful attitude towards employees.
