The work hour flexibility they allow is the aspect I value the most in my job and personal life. We have also implemented a hybrid working model which is great too - especially when the snow comes it's nice to be able to stay home a couple of days a week.
Cons
Building temperature control is not great. Covid has affected our ability to connect as a staff.
