      Pros

      Most of the people I work with are very professional and take pride in doing a good job.

      Cons

      Nepotism at it's worst. Edmund relatives hold positions they are completely unqualified for.

      Pros

      1) There are no timelines for projects. 2) Some colleagues are really nice. 3) Air-conditioned environment

      Cons

      1) There are no professional growth, especially for the young engineers 2) A lot of conflicts between the managers and engineers 3) There are not a lot of experienced professional (engineers) within the department too. 4) Manager with outdated mindset. (Young will take forever to get promotion. In my case empty promises are made during my stint here) 5) Blaming culture where culture is always loosely defined and used as an exceptional excuse.

      Alot of learning opportunities as you'll be tackling alot of projects

      Cons

      -Job roles are not properly defined, end up you'll be doing alot of things -Too much reliance on engineering team despite having only afew engineers -Too many bosses and too many directions, workers bombarded with work from many different bosses -Miscommunication (or rather lack of communication) between departments -Extremely fast turn over rate -Pointing finger culture, like to play blame game
