Pros
1) There are no timelines for projects. 2) Some colleagues are really nice. 3) Air-conditioned environment
Cons
1) There are no professional growth, especially for the young engineers 2) A lot of conflicts between the managers and engineers 3) There are not a lot of experienced professional (engineers) within the department too. 4) Manager with outdated mindset. (Young will take forever to get promotion. In my case empty promises are made during my stint here) 5) Blaming culture where culture is always loosely defined and used as an exceptional excuse.
