      Don’t expect to move up if you’re female

      Pros

      A lot of the people are nice, they throw an awesome Christmas party every year with an open bar, they’ve been super flexible with Covid and working from home, pay and benefits are good, clients are great

      Cons

      It’s impossible to get a promotion if you’re a woman even if you’re amazing at your job between sexism and nepotism Management is only focused on $$ not the people doing the actual work. nobody knows whose supposed to do what, so things just don’t get done. Every 6 months they make “major process changes“ that will somehow fix everything, but they’re never really explained so they don’t actually change much. They just added another level of middle management to just push off their stuff to other people

      Great lower level experience, not good for very ambitious person unless you're looking for job experience in the field

      Pros

      Great coworkers, very laid back, and helpful. It was always nice interacting with people as everyone was so helpful. The laidback atmosphere made it easy to get to know your colleagues as well. Absolutely great experience, especially if you are looking for an entry-level position. You learn a lot and I feel like it sets you up for future prospects.

      Cons

      Employee utilization is nearly 100%. When you're at your desk, you seldomly get any time to do anything besides work as you either have to assist clients or work on new projects. Most departments are woefully understaffed. Company says they want to grow but seem to do nothing about it. They want the end result but aren't willing to go through the growing pains. Little to no room for growth. Was told there was promise for me to but didn't even see an inkling of that for my time there.
