Pros

A lot of the people are nice, they throw an awesome Christmas party every year with an open bar, they’ve been super flexible with Covid and working from home, pay and benefits are good, clients are great

Cons

It’s impossible to get a promotion if you’re a woman even if you’re amazing at your job between sexism and nepotism Management is only focused on $$ not the people doing the actual work. nobody knows whose supposed to do what, so things just don’t get done. Every 6 months they make “major process changes“ that will somehow fix everything, but they’re never really explained so they don’t actually change much. They just added another level of middle management to just push off their stuff to other people

Pros

Growing quickly, seems like every year they've added new positions and departments. Very corporate work benefit wise but still run like they are a family owned small business so very friendly, you can walk up to and talk to anyone regardless of position, they haven't increased insurance costs in years

Cons

Very divisionalized so not much upward growth potential without switching entire departments and job roles.

Pros

Team work throughout the company. Management has high standards but at the same time they help support at all levels of the company.

Cons

Must have a strong follow up and solution oriented mindset as customer concerns may get lost in the shuffle from department to department.
