-You will never get the amount that is said to you before the joining.
-There's no quality work. So, if you're someone who looks for growth in the career then this is not the place for you.
-You will hardly get any incentives
-You have to do overtime no matter what
-No prior information about notice period which is supposed to be written in offer letter or atleast informed earlier. But they will create a big scene when you will apply for resignation. They don't have a proper work system.
-Managers don't know how to talk to the associates, they don't know which words are not supposed to be spoken in a work forum.
-They will pay you less and make you work a lot.
-No work culture
-We are all definitely excited to join a new company for the work, environment, culture etc. But you won't find anything such here.
-They will just make you copy paste from a word doc and chat with the abroad students.
-Ideally you will be chatting all your working hours. (For this role they can hire some school student, I don't understand why they want BTech or BBA Graduates)
-It's the worst company I have worked so far.
-If you want growth or atleast do something productive in your life, will recommend you not to join this company.
-Important- Managers being in such designation, should know how to talk to other employees who are under them. I don't understand being so educated how they can be so bad mannered. They need some classes on learning basic manners probably
- One advice , fix the issue in your system to increase the rating of your company rather than doing a scam to increase the rating in google
- The good reviews that you are seeing here in glassdoor also , they make the current employees write it. I am pretty sure no one is going to write good for this company once they leave. Such a toxic work place
