      Pros

      Great brands and hybrid flexibility. Good healthcare package and 401K double match. Xmas closure and good vacation package.

      Cons

      Make sure to ask for your desired salary during your interview process. New hires without any experience within the company are getting paid better than old employees that have demonstrated high performance and extraordinary results.
