      Pros

      You can get some experience as a junior-level employee, but you probably won't learn a single useful thing.

      Cons

      No change for growth, very low salaries, not a dream-team. Poor management, extra-hours, terrible work environment.

      Pros

      You take little from Educar Editores, but some work experience. You can gain patience and learn to be recursive.

      Cons

      It's really hard to fight for a firm without a planning culture, where everything is left for the last minute, there is not enough invested, and the company fails to the suppliers. The worst part is they attempt to compensate for the lack of time and resources from employees' extra hours, without paying for it.
