I do not recommend working for this company.
Cons
After multiple rounds of interviews with their team, I was given an offer, only to have it rescinded when I attempted to negotiate salary. When I asked for clarification, I was told there was no room for negotiation. Extreme lack of communication and transparency throughout the offer and negotiation process.

An encouraging team, with smart and encouraging new (and old!) staff.
Cons
Recently went through some change organizationally which is settling down now which will help to support the various internal groups.
