1. Benefits suck! 2. HR department leaves much to be desired. ..underperforming, don't hire enough staff and get away with it. 3. High stress. 4. Unhappy employees. 5. Overworked and not valued. 6. No room for advancement.

You are given the opportunity to impact the lives of amazing children and sometimes the parents. Decent pay. Higher Education helps but isn't expected (needed)

Cons

Working in education and childcare leads to high stress situations, but thats expected. Hours aren't necessarily flexible.
