Pros
Good company to start at, not very much progression on the operations side. Other side of business seems to be more interesting and more room for growth. If you are looking to challenge your career, I would suggest trying the SDR, AE or AM role.
Cons
Treat work at home as a privilege even though everything is done through google online, 1 day a week work from home & high turn over.
