Pros
It’s difficult to identify any real pros, mainly due to the lack of transparency and poor communication from management, they always find some new ways to be less competent and less effective. Most inquiries are not addressed directly and if they are you’re met with passive aggression, and responses often feel generic and copy-pasted rather than genuinely helpful. The company’s internal management structure also appears highly disorganized, with decisions and communication handled inconsistently. In my experience, some practices raised serious concerns regarding professionalism, fairness, and compliance with standard workplace expectations.
Cons
There’s only one manager and they’ve proven to be unqualified for their position, never bother resolving questions, instead they just copy paste AI responses and forward them with dismissiveness. There are random and high deductions on your salary that are never accounted for. And they deduct money from you if the students were a no-show. it must be against the law. D!sgusting practices. Salaries are always late Disorganized student allocation, you are told you will teach groups of (up to) 4 people but you could see more than that on your schedule, like 13 max. The tech issues they ever experience are only occurring on payday: it used to take them up to 5 days to pay people but they recently changed to 10 working days, without consideration of their employees’ lives. People have bills and rent, so they fall behind. This isn’t a healthy work environment. Too much explo!tation and disregard.
