nearby station , salary is on time, credit team is helpful, operation team is helpful

1) There is no timeline of work. 2) Even you have to work on Sunday. 3) Partiality is there. 4) After long years of working in the Eduvanz you will get an non-performer certificate. There is no value of old employees. 5) They don't care about the health of the employees. 6) High level politics is there. 7) You can loose your job in the conditional situation. 8) Company can terminate you in the conditional situation. like in the Lockdown situation. I mean job is not secure.

My last manager S***** he didn’t tell anything about my performance and didn’t even tell how hard I am working more than 9 hours every day he just kept quite in front of hr , I did all the possibilities to disburse as much as possible all the loans but there was no support from S**** , he never confront , as a manager he should tell what is the performance and how everything is going on and he is a very big liar and he was very biased towards me
