My last manager S***** he didn’t tell anything about my performance and didn’t even tell how hard I am working more than 9 hours every day he just kept quite in front of hr , I did all the possibilities to disburse as much as possible all the loans but there was no support from S**** , he never confront , as a manager he should tell what is the performance and how everything is going on and he is a very big liar and he was very biased towards me
