      Unorganized, Not Consistent, to much change all the time

      Peer Employees and members are nice.

      Cons

      HR & CEO change things all the time. To much change to fast for employees and members. Low morale, bad culture. CEO is only focused on marketing, not people. They don't want employees ideas or listen to employees. Favoritism

      Pros

      Easy, If you have proper training. For being part time they give you vacation time and sick time. Its a credit union not a bank so normally not as busy. And Your off by 6pm.

      Cons

      Management not always there when you need them. No privacy from management, when you mess up everyone knows it.

      Closed on Saturday,Great Branch Supervisor Nice Call Center Supervisor Knowledgeable and helpful Trainer and Loan department Nice Members ,I am off by 6pm

      Cons

      Bad Morale Leadership is poor and unorganized Low Pay Bad Communication No growth or opportunities Not employee focused, promotions are not performance based. Most of the benefits listed on their careers website under the rewards and recognition and special events sections are false, and not offered., such as bonuses, and in the CEO letter, he says "enriched work-life balance!”. This is false.
