Open and supportive environment that continues to evolve as management and staff buy into the long term goals of the organization. Senior management is responsive and supportive and has vision that was previously not in place.

I have a rather long commute and it certainly gets rather windy up here.

Some very great people work here that are genuine and do care about their coworkers and members.

The company is top heavy. There are different expectations for different employees based on how much you are liked by your manager. The company is entangled in constant drama, gossip and favoritism that the service given to members is horrible.
