- micro-management from the management team - no progression routes - no recognition for any work- nothing is ever good enough - no benefits - no pay rises in line with performance or inflation - certain members of the management team speak to you like a child and can not take criticism and enjoys making things difficult - no opinions allowed, you are expected to be robotic - no flexibility for personal appointments - back stabbing and gossiping from finance - unapproachable management team - lack of training and support for technical products and services - unproductive environment, most days are spent sat in silence - huge divide between the management team and other workers - problems are known but nobody wants to address them - ridiculous staff turnover - blame culture - no interest in why staff are unhappy - employ people to do a role but then don't allow them to fulfil that role

As previously stated, there is micro management, you go the extra mile, then it's considered the norm under the caveat that's its a small business and we're all in it together, only you're not. If possible, stay clear
