      Pros

      small company with everyone taking a role in everything i.e. you have to be a jack of all trades

      Cons

      unless you are at the top, you are treated pretty horribly; there is a lot of yelling and putting down of employees like I've never seen before; very small work environment with no privacy; benefits are not great either

      Pays lipservice to team work but highly insincere and manipulative. Claims of non-heirarchical ambitions belied by hugely heirarchical structure. Phoneys.
