The cons would be consistent with any job in NYC in that you work long hours but it is worth it.

Working with some of the top global brands means that standards are very high and mediocrity is definitely not tolerated, so forget about a predictable, 9-5 work week. Projects will typically require a lot of travel, sometimes on short notice.
