Misrepresentation of job opportunities

Pros

They offer a good set of entry level positions with many opportunities to move up in the company into management roles and other positions.

Cons

They fail to represent their positions as what they are: entry level sales positions. In the job search they present them as marketing positions where in fact they are strictly sales. Later on down the road they could lead into more marketing, however I was disappointed with the misrepresentation.

Most of the coworkers are nice. Mostly younger people.

Cons

You're a salesman that pitch kind of sketchy products. The job postings are vague and misleading. All the positions are the same. You work at least one day on the weekends.

The only pro to working at this company is you find who the scam artists are in Portland.

Cons

They tell you that you will be an event planner...oh no you are going into grocery stores and doing demos of low quality products like Tupperware lids and wisks. There is nothing about this job at all that has to do with event planning. They interview 50 people a week because there is such a high turnover rate. Terrible hours and you don't even find out your schedule till the day you work. They say its full time, its not and supposed "bonuses" The office is painted a lovely shade a bright lime green, that matched with the unfinished floors makes you feel right at home. Don't get sucked into the lie!
