      Good opportunities for career growth and development. Positive work environment. Supportive and inclusive company culture. An attentive manager, always close and ready to help fulfill your professional needs.

      Cons

      Compensation is below average in the market. Few perks. Few good clients. No bonus. No minimum salary raise.

      Pros

      The owners treat you very well, always nice and kind. The other developers are nice and open to help and share their knowledge.

      Cons

      You talk all the time with clients what is not great, depending on the client you will have a lot headaches. Avoid being sick, there are no sick days.

      Pros

      They treat their employees like family. They care A LOT about us. Great benefits, lots of vacation, social activity every month with the whole crew. Diversity and inclusion are strong values and that makes me proud. Good diversity in projects and everyone can contribute to business decisions.

      Cons

      Little mentorship, some projects are less stimulating than others. Also, we have to do a lot of talking with clients since we don't always have someone to do it full-time.
