Pros
They treat their employees like family. They care A LOT about us. Great benefits, lots of vacation, social activity every month with the whole crew. Diversity and inclusion are strong values and that makes me proud. Good diversity in projects and everyone can contribute to business decisions.
Cons
Little mentorship, some projects are less stimulating than others. Also, we have to do a lot of talking with clients since we don't always have someone to do it full-time.
