1. The workflow here is like this,
“Boss/client makes request/instruction -> Project Executive -> Engineer”
The project executive can report anything directly to the boss, but the engineer can only report to manager. Manager listen it, but the matter stops here. He will not help the engineer to raise it to the boss, so this is why engineers are always bullied by project executive.
I can only say that here (I don't know what the boss thinks, but the project executive must be included) engineers are treated as a dogs.
2. There was only three weeks or one month for a new project timeline, the project executive dragged it for three weeks, saying the requirements were in progress (fake), and when the requirements were handed over to the engineers, there was only one week left.
3. The project executive work according to their mood. When they are happy, they scold the engineers; when they are unhappy, they also scold the engineers. Engineers are the dogs at the bottom level.
4. The project executive team always has only 2-3 people. The two and only two "seniors" will not accept a capable newcomer. Once they know someone is capable, they will use politic on him/her until he/she resigns.
5. The project executive always make something up and stab you in the back. Please be careful of them. I am one of victims.
6. Same team, but different offices, it's hard to communicate.
7. Payslip is always delayed (even if you ask, you have to wait a long time).
8. They are very stingy with salary increase, bonus and money related, but they just want you to be their dog.
