      Great colleagues and travel, but lack of direction

      Pros

      Great colleagues, flexibility through remote work. The people were one of the strongest parts of the experience.

      Cons

      The company struggles with clear strategic direction, with priorities and decisions seeming to shift frequently. Leadership can feel reactive rather than consistent, which creates uncertainty across teams. While ‘togetherness’ and collaboration are emphasized in messaging, the day-to-day culture does not always reflect those values.

      Great Company

      Pros

      The agency is organized, with clear processes and strong internal structure that supports efficient project delivery. There are regular check-ins with managers and HR, creating a safe space to share successes, challenges, or areas for improvement. The company culture is bold, positive, and people-oriented. I genuinely enjoy working with my colleagues which are are caring, enthusiastic, and uplifting, which makes the work environment both motivating and enjoyable.

      Cons

      Salaries are not very motivational, especially considering the level of responsibility and involvement required for certain roles. The work-life balance can be challenging, particularly around event periods, due to irregular hours and insufficiently structured rest days after intense workloads. Employee benefits could be improved. For example, the sport and wellness allowance is quite limited. Given the remote nature of the work and the mental intensity of events, more meaningful wellness support would be valuable. Management can sometimes be a source of stress, especially when priorities shift quickly or when pressure builds without clear communication or support.
