Pros
They work with important clients and, at the same time, they try to run internal project most of the time interesting and coming from employers' ideas.
Cons
Very low salary even for a long term period contract. The amount of work is considerable high and not rewarded as it should be.

Good entry level salary for Italy standards. Good level of personal freedom when working as consultant at small/medium clients.
Cons
Over-exploitation of employees, poor attention to people evolution, poor or no career opportunities. Short-sighted view with little to no investment. High turnover.
