There used to be incredible leadership at Eiger until the board swapped out our president for someone who decided to tank the company. The rest of the critical leaders left shortly after. It was my favorite job for years because of the people and strong assets, but I would not recommend anyone work there if the current leadership ends up pulling Eiger out of bankruptcy. Very unlikely, not sure it was ever the goal of the new leadership for the company to survive in the first place.
