Pros
Learning curve is too high. Projects types varies a lot. Management tend to change as much as they can to meet the employees satisfaction.
Cons
Work load can be too much sometimes, but it is well considered.

- Lack of transparency in major situations - Minority of good team leads - Very hard to move internally between projects - Decisions directly related to you is not discussable - Average high work load - No diversity in projects scope
