Pros
The pay is okay. Some of the the colleges are great people, other not so much. Its a pretty easy job.
Cons
This job is a red flag. The manager/supervisor is not qualified. If you bring something up, it's never addressed or solved even when it's something as simple as which days you get off. There is absolutely no opportunity for growth. Their contract states you will get Mexican holidays off and they tell you in the interview that you will indeed work Mexican holidays and get American holidays off but in reality you will work both Mexican and American holidays, and only get American holidays off if there is no work. If needed they will ¨ask¨ you to go to work from 7 am-5pm and Saturdays as well. So if you want cero days off and being pressured to do 10 hr work days (even a week or two) and Saturdays during the high season, this is the job for you!
