A good place for junior developers to learn and gain hands-on experience. Real-world projects that help improve technical and problem-solving skills. Some hardworking team members who genuinely care about delivering good results.
Cons
A lot of randomness and lack of clear structure in project management. Some team leaders can be difficult to work with and not very flexible. The company lacks technical understanding, leading to unrealistic decisions about development. Salary increases are very hard to get. Unfair compensation and evaluation for the tech team compared to their effort.
