      Pros

      Supportive management, great work-life balance, and plenty of opportunities for growth. The team culture is collaborative and positive, and leadership genuinely cares about employee well-being.

      Cons

      None worth mentioning. Every workplace has small challenges, but this company addresses concerns quickly and fairly.

      No pros to be mentioned

      Cons

      No job security, they may hire you but then they can ask you leave by saying that role is no longer required. After spoiling someone's career they treat there ex employees very badly and get documents signed mentioning that employee has left willingly to release their salary. No policies for employees benefit, everything runs as per management's mood. Very inhuman people.
