I have worked for Elan for couple years now and I have to say that the work environment is great. The agents are great to work with, and if you ever have a question or need help someone is always there to give you advice or assist you .

Ok working for.. training was minimal at best and you were left alone after that.
Cons
Agents that work at the form Gossip and talk about other individuals. Not my cup of tea.. They say very negative things about other individuals and other companies.. Not a place that has a positive atmosphere and positive people.. Some brokers are greedy when it comes to commissions.. Don't like sharing leads and sometimes are aggressive with their listings. Sometimes listings where not accurate and information on their database was at time sloppy or did not have accurate information to either schedule showings or contact owners.
